Our Universal Locking Hand Hole Cover (ULHHC) was designed around the MasterLock 175D, a standard 1” shank padlock. Any similar sized lock will work. Most municipalities and public agencies prefer keyed locks and supply their own. Most contractors and property owners/managers prefer a combo lock. We have locks in stock and are available to order at any time!
